Spatio Temporal Change Of Urbanization
"In this project, we identify the pattern of urbanization in the Newtown, Kolkata area using satellite images and various indexes. By analyzing these indexes, including the Normalized Difference Built-up Index (NDBI), Normalized Difference Water Index (NDWI), Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI), and electricity usage data, we can accurately predict and visualize the patterns of urbanization over time. These insights can have significant implications for urban planning and policy-making, providing valuable data for future development strategies. "
